Aaron D'cruz is the Managing Director of Tiger Force Sdn Bhd, with over 12 years of leadership experience in the private security industry. Rising through managerial positions early in his career, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of security operations, business strategy, organisational leadership and client relationship management.

Since assuming the leadership of Tiger Force, Aaron has championed a forward-looking transformation of the company by introducing modern technologies, strengthening operational governance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His strategic vision has driven the integration of AI-assisted surveillance, GPS-enabled guard monitoring, digital reporting systems and innovative security solutions.
