We work best as a long-term partner — not a one-project vendor. Here's what that looks like in practice: our process, our commitments, and what we expect from you.
Fixed quotes, no surprises
Every project starts with a written quote that specifies exactly what's included — pages, features, revisions, delivery date. We don't start work without both sides agreeing on scope. If the scope grows (you add pages, change the brief substantially), we quote the addition separately before proceeding. You will never receive an invoice that's larger than what was agreed.
One contact, not a ticket queue
You communicate with the same person from discovery to launch — not a project manager who hands off to a designer who hands off to a developer who hands off to an SEO person. This matters for two reasons: context is never lost in handoffs, and accountability is clear. If something isn't right, there's one person to talk to and one person responsible for fixing it.
What we need from you to hit timelines
Fast delivery is a two-way commitment. We can build a 5-page site in 5–7 days, but only if you provide your content (text, photos, logo) on time. Projects that wait on client content are the most common cause of delays. We send a content checklist before we start so you know exactly what's needed and when. Clients who prepare content in advance consistently see launches happen on or before the quoted date.
After launch: what ongoing care looks like
The relationship doesn't end at launch. Clients on Care Maintain plans get regular maintenance reports, proactive security notifications, and a direct line for questions. We monitor your site's uptime, flag unusual traffic patterns and send monthly performance summaries. You don't need to be a technical person to stay informed — our reports are written for business owners, not developers.
Our honest limitations
We're a focused team, not a 200-person agency. We take on a limited number of active projects simultaneously so quality doesn't drop. If our current capacity means a wait, we'll tell you upfront rather than take your deposit and then miss timelines. Some projects — extremely large custom platforms, native mobile apps, complex SaaS systems — are outside our scope and we'll say so immediately rather than overselling. We'd rather refer you to the right partner than deliver mediocre work outside our lane.
