What to prepare for a better, faster brief
The more context you share in your first message, the faster we can put together a plan that's specific to your situation — not a generic brochure. Here's what helps us give you the most useful response.
Your business and audience
What does your business sell, and who buys it? Even a one-sentence description — "we're a halal catering company serving corporate events in Klang Valley" — changes everything about what we'll recommend. The more specific you are about your target customer (age range, location, language preference, how they currently find you), the more targeted our suggestions will be. Generic briefs produce generic recommendations.
Your current situation
Do you have an existing website? If yes, share the URL — we'll look at it before the call. Do you have a logo and brand guidelines? Are you starting from zero or improving something that already exists? What's currently working (even partially) and what's the specific pain point that brought you here today? "My site looks outdated and I'm not getting enquiries from it" is a much more useful brief than "I want a new website".
Your budget and timeline
You don't need to share an exact number, but a range helps us suggest the right starting point rather than quoting you our most premium option or underselling a situation that needs more investment. Similarly, if you have a specific launch date in mind (product launch, exhibition, campaign start), tell us — we can work backward from that and tell you immediately whether the timeline is achievable. Surprises on either end waste everyone's time.
What happens after you submit
We review every enquiry within one working day (usually faster). If your request is clear enough, we'll come back with a specific recommendation and a fixed quote. If we need more information, we'll send a short list of questions rather than a lengthy questionnaire. We don't do discovery calls before sharing pricing — you'll have a number to react to before we ask for your time on a call. We think that's a more respectful use of your day.
What we don't do
We don't pitch services you don't need. If your business is at a stage where a RM599 landing page is the right call, we'll say so — not upsell you into a RM5,000 custom build. We don't require a retainer just to get a quote. We don't outsource your project to a third party without telling you. And we don't disappear after launch day — every project comes with at least a month of post-launch support before any ongoing plan is needed.

Do I need to meet you in person?
No. Every project from brief to launch runs fully online — via WhatsApp, email and shared documents.
