  • Bumiputera and nationwide credibility markers — surfaced early on the page, directly answering the questions mosque committees in more remote states ask before engaging an unfamiliar vendor.
  • A WhatsApp-first enquiry form — structured to open a pre-filled WhatsApp message with service type and project location, matching how committees actually prefer to communicate — asynchronously, without a phone call.
