Arvin Canopy Enterprise rents canopies, tables and chairs for weddings, kenduri and family events across Selangor. The site had to build fast trust with families planning once-in-a-lifetime events, then funnel every visitor into a single action: a WhatsApp quote request.

The challenge

Canopy and event equipment rental is a trust-driven, quote-based business — there's no fixed price list because every event differs by canopy type, size, table count and delivery distance. The site needed to build credibility fast with families planning a wedding or kenduri, then get them into a WhatsApp conversation instead of bouncing off an empty "contact us for pricing" page.

It also needed to reassure customers outside the main town centres that they weren't too remote to be served, and to make an unglamorous rental business feel dependable enough to trust with an important family event.

What we built

  • Quote-first structure — the homepage leads straight into an enquiry flow that opens WhatsApp pre-filled with canopy type, event date and area — removing the typing friction customers face when comparing several vendors at once.
  • Visual proof over specs — since canopy and event decor is a visual purchase, the gallery section leads with real event photography (pelamin, buffet setups, canopy types) instead of technical copy.
  • Area-based trust signals — a dedicated coverage section lists every town served — Meru, Kapar, Shah Alam, Kuala Selangor and more — by name, reassuring customers in smaller towns they're within reach.
  • Delivery partner credibility — the official partnership with LSA Transport Enterprise is called out with its own registration number, addressing the top concern for rental customers: will it arrive on time and be set up properly.
  • A structured FAQ — covering booking lead time, how pricing works, what's included in delivery and installation, and colour customisation — cutting down WhatsApp back-and-forth before a quote is even requested.

Design decisions worth noting

Trust badge, not price tag

rather than posting a price list that invites lowest-price shopping, the hero leads with a trust badge and lets the pricing conversation happen on WhatsApp, where each job can be quoted on its real scope.

Photography-led canopy comparison

Piramid, High Top and Transparent High Top canopies are each shown with distinct photography and use-case framing — majlis gala versus perkahwinan — so customers self-select the right option before messaging.

The result

Arvin Canopy now has a mobile-first site built around the one action that matters: getting a customer's event details into a WhatsApp conversation. Real customer testimonials reinforce trust before first contact, shortening the path from browsing to booking for kenduri, wedding and corporate events across Selangor.
